Golf 5 Kit Car Body Kit

The Golf 5 Kit Car is a fearsome opponent on the Nurburgring's Nordschleife and it is available to you exclusively through Bildon Motorsport. The Golf 5 Kit Car (G5K) Body Kit is the same wide body kit that VW Motorsport ran on the GTIs which dominated the 2007 Nurbrurgring 24 hours.
The G5K body kit is an agressive (CFK) Carbon Fiber/Kevlar or (GFK) Carbon/Glass composit body kit that is as functional as it is good looking. This kit was designed for pure competition. The wide flares are designed to move air up, over and around wide racing wheels and tires. The rear wing (optional) and deep front bumper spoiler measurably reduce lift for stability at racing speeds. In addition the lightweight carbon fiber/kevlar body panels further lower the weight of the already nimble GTI. This is the real deal!
The VWMS Golf 5 'Kit Car' body kit includes:
- carbon/kevlar vented front hood w/ substructure
- front carbon bumper
- rear carbon bumper
- left and right flared front carbon fenders
- left and right carbon rocker panel extensions
- left and right flared carbon rear fenders
- optional rear wing (developed in VW's wind tunnel)
CFK or GFK ?
CFK = Carbon fiber/Kevlar Komposit. Designed specially for motorsport as this material is is ultra light weight.
GFK =
Carbon fiber/Glass Fibre Komposit. Designed with a bit more "meat in it" This composit is "Street Legal " and has been TÜV-approved !
Pricing for the TÜV approved GFK (carbon/glass) kit is $6,995.00
Pricing for the racing CFK (carbon/kevlar) kit is $9,990.00
The optional G5K VWMS wing is $850 (GFK), & 1,370.00 (CFK)

Note:
The rocker panels are an option for the GFK kit and if purchased would still be made from Carbon.
